After months of hard work from the entire team, and with the unwavering support of our amazing community, we are proud to announce the release of Version 1 of the Cirus Browser Extension for Chrome !

Once installed, the Cirus Browser Extension allows you to earn Crypto from your daily browsing habits. This easy to use extension is the perfect onramp, allowing anyone to use their data as a key to access Crypto and the new digital economy. It’s the perfect tool for massive adoption of crypto for everyday users.

Version 1 enables basic data sharing and monetization. Once installed, just go back to your daily flow, and check back every now and again to see your earnings.

How to install and use the extension:

Go get it HERE for Chrome
Install the Extension
Go to “Build your Profile” by clicking the settings icon and Register your Account.

4. Look out for a Confirmation Email

On the main screen of the extension, make sure location services are turned on:

Also on the main screen, make sure you turn the Surf & Earn toggle on:

That’s it…! Go back to what you were doing…..no really, go on. You’re now earning from your data.

Upcoming features for the next build

The next build will activate the Data Vault for finer, more granular control over data sharing. It’s pretty cool actually — you’ll see. Additionally, the ‘Build your Profile’ section will be further expanded — RIP cookies. More on that later

Support for Firefox and Microsoft Edge is planned to be added shortly, so keep an eye out. Additional browsers TBA.
